The approved Privacy Policy will replace this page before Prospectra installers are made available on this website. This page explains where the document stands. It is not a summary of the policy and must not be read as one.
Publication status
Prospectra is preparing the public version of its Privacy Policy. The document is in review and will be published here with its revision date once it is approved. No legal terms are being presented on this page in the meantime.
If you need an answer before publication, send a privacy request using the contact form.
What this document covers
The published policy is being written to cover, at minimum, the following areas. This list is a scope note, not a statement of the current terms:
- Account information and sign-in, including email, password and third-party sign-in providers.
- Lead data collected during a search, along with saved leads, company records and search history.
- Connected email accounts, the credentials used to send through them, and outreach records.
- Plan, payment and capacity records associated with a subscription.
- Device and usage information used to prevent abuse and enforce fair-use limits.
- Data retention, deletion, export and the providers that process data on Prospectra's behalf.
- How to make a request about your data, and how it is answered.
Privacy requests
You can send a request about your data now, before the policy is published. Use the contact form and choose Privacy or legal, and write from the email address on your account if you have one.
Requests are read and answered individually. Account deletion is handled through the application and removes the account data described in the eventual policy.
