The approved Terms of Service will replace this page before Prospectra installers are made available on this website. This page explains where the document stands. It is not a summary of the terms and must not be read as one.
Publication status
Prospectra is preparing the public version of its Terms of Service. The document is in review and will be published here with its revision date once it is approved. No contractual terms are being presented on this page in the meantime.
Existing customers are not affected by this page: the terms that apply to a subscription are the ones provided with that subscription.
What this document covers
The published terms are being written to cover, at minimum, the following areas. This list is a scope note, not a statement of the current terms:
- Who may use Prospectra, and the agreement that applies to an account.
- Acceptable use, including how search sources and connected mailboxes may be used.
- Plans, lead allowances, capacity, waitlist admission, billing and refunds.
- Lead data, platform availability and the risks of searching third-party services.
- Outreach sent from a user's own mailbox, and responsibility for its content.
- Availability, changes to the service, suspension and termination.
- Liability, governing law and how disputes are handled.
